"ACTIVAD@S" - Programa de Fomento da Actividade Física Regular na terceira idade

O Concello de Valdoviño, dende o Departamento de Servizos Sociais Comunitarios, presenta o programa ACTIVAD@S, co obxectivo de fomentar a actividade física regular entre os diferentes colectivos, principalmente dos maiores de 55 anos.
 
A actividade enmárcase dentro do Programa "Envellecemento Cero", subvencionado pola Deputación da Coruña. Consta de 3 obradoiros teórico -prácticos impartidos por persoal especializado da Fundación Educación, Deporte e Saúde. Abordaranse os seguintes contidos repartidos en 3 sesións:
 
- O papel do exercizo físico na prevención e tratamento das enfermidades cardíacas
- ¿Que podemos facer para que os nosos osos permanezan fortes por máis tempo? Mellora da calidade ósea e prevención das caídas
- Mens sana in córpore sano. Manterse activa físicamente fai que a nosa mente tamén se active.
 
As sesións levaranse a cabo na Casa da Cultura os días 7, 14 e 21 de marzo de 2013 en sesión de tarde, de 18:30 a 20:00 horas.
