Gastronomy guide

One of the biggest attractions from Valdoviño is the gastronomy. The great variety of products from our coast and countryside allow offer the best raw material, with traditional dish and new cuisine recipes.

Galician seafood is famous for its quality. These include barnacles,mussels, cockles or coquina of our coastline. Fish also have a deserved reputation. In winter reigns pork with turnip tops. "Empanada" and galician meat are highly recommended.
