Programa "ACTIVAD@S"

O Concello de Valdoviño, dende o Departamento de Servizos Sociais Comunitarios, agradece a elevada participación nunha das actividades enmarcadas dentro do programa "Envellecemento Cero" , financiado pola Deputación da Coruña.
O Programa ACTIVAD@S, impartido durante 3 sesións de hora e media por persoal responsable da Fundación Educación, Deporte e Saúde na Casa da Cultura, foi desfrutado por case 30 persoas,  na súa maioría mulleres. Durante as 3 sesións incideuse sobre a importancia e/ou necesidade da práctica da actividade física para a prevención de enfermidades.
