Verán saudable: Tai-chi

O Concello de Valdoviño organiza para este verán sesións de tai-chi dirixidas a maiores de 55 anos (que non teñan problemas de saúde que dificulten a práctica de exercicio físico).
 
Esta actividade é gratuíta e celebrarase do 17 de xullo ao 16 de agosto, os martes e xoves, de 11:30 a 13:00 horas.
 
Os interesados en practicar o tai-chi poderán inscribirse dende o 11 de xuño ata o 11 de xullo no Departamento de Servizos Sociais ou no teléfono 981487041 - ext.5. As prazas son limitadas e serán adxudicadas segundo a orde de inscrición.
