Arrancan en Meirás os obradoiros municipais de estimulación cognitiva

Uns 30 veciños e veciñas toman parte nos obradoiros de estimulación cognitiva para maiores de 60 anos que organiza o Concello de Valdoviño. Esta mañá arrancaban no local social da AVV de Meirás (celébranse de 9,30 a 10,30 horas) e o xoves faranno na Biblioteca Municipal de Valdoviño (hai dous grupos: de 16 a 17 e de 17 a 18 horas). En todo caso, a inscrición continuará aberta nesta actividade, con custe cero para as persoas participantes. Así, aquelas interesadas poden anotarse na Casa da Cultura (de luns a venres de 10 a 14 horas).
 
Impartidos polo técnico Daniel Cartelle, entre as actividades formativas a realizar están os traballos para mellorar a fixación; traballos para mellorar as memorias: curto e longo prazo. Sensorial, semántica, episódica (autobiográfica), de recoñecemento, declarativa (recordos que necesitan ser evocados), e procedimental (actos da vida diaria adquiridos e executables); traballos de nivelación cultural, e xogos lúdicos de estimulación cognitiva.
